Can I iron on your patches?

Absolutely! All our custom iron on patches are iron-on friendly with heat-seal backing. To apply, place the patch, cover with a pressing cloth, and press with a hot iron for 20–30 seconds. For full instructions on how to iron on patches, visit our Resource page.

Can i see a sample mockup of my product before you make it?

Of course! We’ll email you a picture of a real digital mockup before we start production, so you can be sure it’s exactly what you want.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We want you to be completely happy with your order! If there’s anything you’re not satisfied with, just let us know, and we can either:

Remake your order for free, or
Give you a full refund.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Custom patches fast turnaround — most orders ship in 5–10 business days. For bulk custom patches or urgent orders, contact us directly for an expedited timeline.

Do you offer velcro or iron-on backing?

Yes! We offer four backing options for all custom patches: iron-on (heat seal), velcro / hook-and-loop, sew-on, and peel-and-stick self-adhesive. Velcro patches custom backing is especially popular for tactical gear, morale patches, and military use. Custom iron on patches are our most popular choice for garments and jackets.
